Arrived with the main shaft bent I paid insurance for Delivery. I paid over $2500 to receive a product. I can’t even fly because it vibrates. I am not new to the hobby. I know what a vibration is caused by a bent shaft. Can you just send me a main shaft if you don’t it’s OK I will buy elsewhere and never buy from you again and let everyone know not to buy from you once you get the money in your paid you don’t care about the customers this is ridiculous totally unacceptable and I know you don’t have too many people buying $2500 Helicopters. Yeah you just lost a good customer. I’ve been waiting and waiting for a response. You guys just don’t send me a mainshaft like what’s the problem it cost like eight dollars.
First time flying it, it worked for a few minutes then took off at high speed and crashed into a wall. The rotor kept spinning wildly and no matter what I did with the transmitter buttons and sticks, it would not turn off, so it kept wildly spinning and bouncing into the wall and chairs until it finally broke, but still wouldn't turn off.
Took a little longer than I thought with shipping, but was as described!
Outstanding scale GPS helicopter! This is the first Littlebird we have flown at NAVSTAR RC and we love it! Not a 3D helicopter by any interpretation but excellent for scale flying and suitable for a second helicopter if new to the hobby. Well made. Just follow the directions for flying well done Razordon!
