A gust of wind knocked down my RC helicopter, damaging it. Even after I purchased a 2-year protection plan and sent photos, Razordan is trying to avoid replacing my helicopter! I told them this is unacceptable, and I'm challenging their decision. Think twice before buying anything from them. They won't help you if anything goes wrong, which, let's be honest, can happen with an RC toy. --A very dissatisfied customer :(
