We purchased this helicopter for $2,500 and it has never functioned properly despite following all setup instructions and troubleshooting. We have done everything possible to get it working with no success. We are extremely disappointed in the quality and performance. I am requesting a full refund immediately due to a non-working product
I had some issues when I started but Razordan was fantastic on email replies and helped direct me to what I did wrong. Remember, if you recalibrate your GPS, it is critical you be at ground level and level!!
