Customer service was great I'm definitely happy with that helicopter that I ordered is good radio that came with it was the wrong one I needed a mode 2 was that might have been my fault when I place the order plus plus the collective pitch and Rudder gimbal does not work but that's okay I bound it to my radio which I was planning on doing anyway thank you for the great customer service on keeping me informed.
The manufacturer supplies very quality spare parts that also match the prices. I appreciate the seller's clever packaging of the goods. It always arrives without the slightest damage. For me, great. BV
This is my first RC helicopter and Iām already having a lot of fun with it. I will recommend spending the little extra for spare batteries and Iām thankful I did as the 12 minute flight time, makes time fly (pun intended). Only trouble I had was the sort of broken English translation in the instructions but everything is pretty straightforward.
