Order # 5002
Does not work. Tried to resolve through razordon service team via email. That is the only way to get customer service. Sent pics and short videos. Had to explain over and over each time from the beginning. Quite a headache. I gave up and let them have my 163.00
Razordon was successful at separating me from my money. Razordon mission confirmed. Try other websites. Like Banggood …helidirect. Stirlingkit and razordon seem to be the same as far as shipping and website platform. Probably the same company.
Shipping was long, but well worth the weight packaged very well. Assembly went smooth. First flight went smooth, very easy and fun to fly.
Thanks so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed flying the helicopter and that it arrived well packaged. Hope you have many more fun flights ahead!
Hi J Nelson Silver, we're glad to hear the parts worked great for you! Thanks for sharing your feedback.
