Product arrived damaged and unusable. No replacement from Razordon. Product was clearly packed damaged and shipped that way. No help from Razordon customer service.
Everything has worked great it’s easy to fly especially if you have a friend to help you. Only complaint is that the controller is having a lot of issues and will just disconnect mid flight causing you to lose control. Tried putting brand new batteries in it but that didn’t fix the issue. Not sure what to do

I really don’t know what I was expecting with this helicopter because it’s only 100 bucks with three batteries which is just unheard of so I knew what I was getting when I spent 100 bucks I knew I wasn’t getting a hobby grade RC car like my Traxxas 4 x 4 VXL but man is this thing fun for what it is it sucks a little bit when I can’t fly it in the wind, but you get what you get when you spend 100 bucks on an RC. This thing is so fun and so worth the money.
