This note below is the email that I sent to Kiana on last Friday, October 31, 2025 regarding damage to the xplosion-Proof Non-Disassembly Carrying Case for GOOSKY UH-1Y E2 Helicopter during the shipment from Razordon.

Good day to you. I suspect that you are out of the office today since it is going into your weekend. I received my Order #3040 - Explosion-Proof Non-Disassembly Carrying Case for GOOSKY UH-1Y E2 Helicopter Model × 1 this morning in the USPS mail on Friday, October 31, 2025.
Unfortunately, there was damage (a puncture hole) to the outer box that the Goosky Carrying Case was shipped in and it punctured through the outer box into the Carrying Case. The damaged area is approximately 40 mm x 30 mm. I have attached pictures of the damage, both to the outer box as well as the Carrying Case.
If you want the damaged case returned I would appreciate if you can send me a shipping label. To resolve the damaged Carrying Case, I would appreciate if you could send me another Carrying Case to replace the damaged case at no charge.

Great price, faster shipping than expected, high quality RC helicopter, nice packing job, arrived in excellent condition, and the appearance in person was better than expected. I always wanted a Redwolf version of the original bad ass AIRWOLF helicopter from the TV show;.and now I have one that actually flies, too! I would recommend this seller based upon my positive experience.
Directions for take off could be more clear.
Arrive in good order. It is going to be a Christmas gift. I'll let you know if there is any unexpected problems.
